All merch items and paperbacks are handled through a third-party vendor. If you are ordering merch, they will be sent directly from the supplier.
If ordering a signed paperback, it will be sent directly from Melissa Ellen.
Please allow time for processing as it will take longer for it to arrive.

Due to having various suppliers on various products and/or if you are ordering signed paperbacks with other items, your order may come in separate packages. Some swag and signed paperbacks are shipped direct from Melissa Ellen.
Digital Downloads
AUDIOBOOKS:
Upon payment, digital files will be delivered immediately via an email from BookFunnel for listening on your browser or via the BookFunnel App. You will need to check your email in order to receive the audiobook. Make sure to check your spam too in case it ended up in there.

Upon payment, digital files will be delivered immediately via an email from BookFunnel for reading on your preferred device. You will need to check your email in order to receive the eBook. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it. Sometimes they like to hide in there.
ISSUES WITH THE DIGITAL DOWNLOAD?
If you have any issues with your download for audiobooks or eBooks, please respond to your download email from BookFunnel directly.
LOST EMAIL?
Still don't see your email even in the spam folder? Don't stress! You don't even need an email. Instead, you can visit My.BookFunnel.com and login with the email address you used to claim or purchase ebook. If you have never logged in before, you will be asked to verify your email address and set a password.

EXPIRED CODES?
You have 14 days to download the book files, and can request additional time by visiting BookFunnel.com/help
If your code(s) expired, don't worry. The books are yours to keep forever. You can either reach out to BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com to request new codes or you can go to www.bookfunnel.com/help and use your email as your login. There you will find all the books you have purchased under that email.

Refund and Return Policy
All sales are final. Digital items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Since digital products are emailed to you as soon as the transaction is complete, there's no way to return them to me, so I do not offer returns on the ebooks or audiobooks. I appreciate your understanding.
Signed paperbacks may not be returned due to the personal nature of the product. However, if a product arrives damaged, a refund or replacement item will be sent. Melissa Ellen and Honey Bee Publishing, LLC is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. If you received the wrong order, please email: melissa@melissaellenwrites.com with your order number and the issue.
